💙WHAT TO EXPECT💙

We first settle in space,with guided somatic awareness into our bodies, Plant Blue Lotus will be offering to participants in tincture and warm tea form, then be guided through the evening with an hour and half long transformational sound journey where participants can  lay down in communion with Blue Lotus Medicine Teacher. After our sound journey we will circle up in community to learn about the medicinal and spiritual  properties of Blue Lotus Plant. We will have time to share our experience in community about this wonderful  Plant Teacher.
