Healing Sound Bath

Service Description

Join Krystal and Pamela for this restorative sound bath where you will have the opportunity to receive and experience the medicinal and healing qualities of sound. Participants will be bathed in the rich, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other instruments designed to permeate the mind and body--bringing all systems back into balance. This 60-minute experience will begin with a gentle guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey to activate every cell in your being. We will end with tea and some time for self-reflection. This deeply relaxing experience does wonders for your nervous system and well-being. You will walk away feeling completely refreshed and renewed! All are welcome. No experience necessary. We look forward to sharing this with you.
