The food in Yelapa is truly wonderful. Daily breakfast and dinners (except for 2 nights) are included in the retreat package.

There are plenty of restaurants and options for every taste. The  local chefs that will come to Casa Isabel are outstanding and can  accommodate Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten, and Dairy-free diets.

Free of cars, roads and ATMS, this quaint and charming destination has become an oasis for those seeking reprieve from the hustle and bustle of both city and suburb life. Retreat Location: Casa Isabel

The retreat will be held at the enchanting Casa Isabel, a lovely sustainable living villa situated beneath a lush jungle canopy on the hillside--close to the ocean and surrounded by the beauties of nature. 

Each room offers:

The Retreat Costs vary based on your unique room. This allows you the opportunity to choose your own rooms at a price you feel good about.

  • Guests are responsible for purchasing their own plane ticket to Puerto Vallarta and their cab fare to Los Muertos Pier.
  • Plan to arrive on Thursday January 19, 2023
  • From Puerto Vallarta, you will take a cab to Los Muertos Pier. There will be a private boat to take the group into Yelapa at 5pm on Thursday January 26, 2023 from Los Muertos Pier.



Krystal  has been teaching yoga since 2017 and is certified in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Sculpt. She is a Certified Sound Therapist and holds a Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University. 

Krystal loves to witness people  becoming more connected to themselves in an authentic and healing way.

Yoga has been (and continues to be) a life-changing journey of  surrender and transformation for her and she considers it an honor to be  able to share something so near and dear to her heart. 

Krystal hopes to  encourage people on their path of healing and wholeness and to support  them as connect more deeply to their clarity and brilliance.

Her classes are approachable and lighthearted while maintaining reverence for Mystery.


Kelly feels deeply grateful for the beautiful healing practice of yoga and believes deeply in our body's inner wisdom and natural ability to heal. She began her own well-being company in 2021 called Ground. Connect. Empower. LLC as seen at where she offers consulting, coaching, classes, and workshops. She completed her 200-Hour Yoga and Social Justice Teacher Training in Portland, Oregon with Sarahjoy Marsh in 2018. Kelly completed a Trauma-Informed Outreach Certification from Connection Coalition. She is a certified Community Resiliency Model trainer and teaches workshops for people to learn and practice the biology-based wellness skills to help rebalance the whole person.

Kelly loves to teach restorative yoga and sound healing practices to support people to cultivate a deeply relaxed state to restore balance in mind, body, and spirit in order to feel more grounded in each moment, connected to themselves and others, and empowered to share their gifts with the world.
