What is a sound bath? A sound bath is a form of sound healing in which participants are "bathed in sound." It is a deeply immersive experience that uses sound and vibration in a therapeutic and restorative way. In a typical sound bath, the practitioner invites participates to lay down, guides them through a simple breath work practice and/or meditation and then plays various types of healing instruments for the participants to receive. It is a non-invasive full-body listening experience that can affect people in very powerful ways physically, energetically, and mentally.
