I believe in the power of presence and in a future that is kindness-rich, inclusive, and more just. I believe the time is now to move closer toward our wholeness and our healing and to shed the layers that confuse us and distort the truth. I believe in the power of one's story and that we each have a unique destiny and that we are most joyful when we are living in alignment with our purpose. I believe beautiful change happens from many beautiful little choices.
My work is intended to guide people in their inward journey toward a more happy, peaceful, and liberated life. I offer group and private yoga classes, individual sound therapy sessions, and mediation services. I am a certified yoga teacher and sound therapist and hold a MS in Conflict Resolution. I look forward to our journey.
