This special holiday-themed sound bath blends the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and the gong to guide you into relaxation, grounding, and inner calm during one of the busiest times of the year.
You’re invited to settle in, get cozy, and let the sound gently unwind your body and mind.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or anything else that will help you feel warm and supported.
