About the event
Join Krystal and Isabel for a healing and restorative Sound Bath, where you will have the opportunity to receive and experience the medicinal and healing qualities of sound.
Participants will be bathed in the rich, resonant tones of high frequency crystal singing bowls, metal bowls, healing gongs, Â and other instruments designed to permeate the mind, body, and energetic field.Â
What is Sound Healing:Â
Sound healing is a holistic practice, addressing not just physical ailments but also emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of health. The holistic nature of this practice aligns with the concept of healing in a comprehensive manner. It is called sound "healing" because the instruments being used are emmitting resonate frenquencies that have the capicity to alter brain-waves, alter the molecular structure of cells so that they are in greater harmony with other cells, increase circulation in the body, help realease pent-up emotions, promote deeps relaxation, and restore overall balance and health in the body, mind, and spirit.Â
Sound healing has roots in ancient cultures that used sound and music as a form of medicine. This historical context adds to its association with healing.
What to Expect:Â
This is a 75-minute experience that will begin with a gentle guided meditation, followed by an immersive  sound journey to activate every cell in your being. We will also hold an appropriate amount of time for sharing and reflection. Particpants typically recieve The Sound in a comfortable supine postion (laying down) with their heads facing the instruments. Â
For most people, sound baths are deeply relaxing experiences that does wonders for your nervous system and well-being. You will most likely walk away feeling completely refreshed and  renewed.
