Mystic Sound Bath at the Sky Temple

Lorenza and I are so excited for the opportunity to be hosting a sound bath a one of Yelapa's most cherished venues, The Sky Temple. Please join us for this highly anticipated event!

What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound, vibration, and frequency to bring balance to our physical, emotional, mental, and energetic systems.  It is a very approachable, non-invasive, meditative practice where those in attendance are "bathed in sound waves" with the use of different sound healing instruments such as gongs, bowls, chimes, rattles, etc. It is a beautiful modality that helps reduce anxiety, soothe the nervous system, and restore harmony on many levels. 

What should I wear and/or bring?

Wear something comfy that you feel good lying down in for about an hour. We are a bit limited on mats so if you have a mat or something else to lie on please bring it. You may also like something to cover up with such as extra layers or an additional blanket.

Do I have to register now?

Ideal spots will be reserved for registered attendees. Walk-ins are welcome, but it may be a good ideal to reserve your space ahead of time.
