Join Krystal for a fun, slow-flow gratitude practice to welcome in 2022 and the start of another year.Â
This class is suitable for all levels of practioners with approachable postures and understandable guidance. It will include intention setting, breathwork, movement through traditional yoga poses, and meditation.Â
