This immersive sound bath experience will guide you into deep rest and alignment, supporting release, renewal, and clarity as we step into a new season.
We'll also share ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine known for enhancing meditation, emotional connection, and inner awareness. Gently energizing and rich in antioxidants, cacao is a beautiful ally for this evening of intention and integration.
