What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound, vibration, and frequency to bring balance to our physical, emotional, mental, and energetic systems. It is a very approachable, non-invasive, meditative practice where those in attendance are "bathed in sound waves" with the use of different sound healing instruments such as gongs, bowls, chimes, rattles, etc. It is a beautiful modality that helps reduce anxiety, soothe the nervous system, and restore harmony on many levels.
