Are you ready?

We believe an abundant life is one where we have the ability to create, explore, and experience our desires consistently. Abundance may include financial wealth, but it also includes having a rich life, full of meaning and joy. We believe abundance starts with gratitude and the courage to do what one loves. It is a process of surrender and letting-go, as well as mindful action and intentional generosity. We believe that abundance is an expansive way of being-ness--a free, unbound, unfolding into presence, that helps us see and attract the beauty and blessings all around us. This retreat aims to remind YOU of your own abundant birthright.

Join us for this transformative retreat and experience the abundance that surrounds us all!

Your Hosts

Cree Lawrence

Cree discovered yoga at the young age of 17 when she felt stuck and she needed tools to navigate the waves of life. Through breathwork, intentional movement, and stillness, she gained inner peace and confidence that she never had experienced before. She views the practice as a way of living on and off the mat. Yoga taught Cree how to breathe in uncomfortable situations and to respond rather than react. Cree’s often described as outgoing, bubbly, and inviting. She has over 500 hours of training under her belt in many styles of yoga and movement, and she is constantly learning and growing through training, feedback, and curiosity.

In Cree’s classes, you will be physically challenged with creative sequences. You will tap into your breath. You will be encouraged and supported throughout the entire experience. Cree creates a container for students to express themselve authentically and purely without judgment. With an alignment focused foundation, she will cue you meticulously throughout class from start to finish.

Kevin Flynn

Kevin holds the torch for the student to navigate their own path. He believes there is no single correct or incorrect way to explore the facets of wellbeing. In his class, you can expect an alchemy of play, discipline and intentional breathing. He encourages students to “freestyle” their practice in a way that suits their individual needs.

Kevin found yoga in 2012 after a series of sport-related injuries. He fell in love with the practice when he realized the potential of mental and physical wellbeing. As an E-RYT 500 certified health coach and psychology student, he pulls knowledge and experience from his studies into the classroom. Kevin enjoys peppering in relevant scientific information regarding benefits of postures, breathwork, and mindfulness.

When he is not teaching or studying, you can find Kevin playing sports or board games with friends and family.

She holds a Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution from PSU and enjoys learning why people and groups do the things they do and how to make the world a more peaceful and just place. The Vision

Our vision is to provide an inspiring and beautiful environment for the nourishment of mind, body and soul. My team and I offer a sacred space in a breathtakingly beautiful environment for all who wish to experience the benefits of intentional wellness, new and fun experiences, and healthy community.

We believe...

in the power of nourishing experiences, healthy relationships, and in the immersion of nature as a medicinal act. We believe that taking time to fill one's cup is an act of honoring one's whole Self and the world at large.  And that through these experiences we can make contact with our inner wisdom, which allows us to deal with life on life’s terms with an open heart and curious mind. Things begin to flow, we are able to let go of rigid structures and unwanted patterns and get into rhythm with the natural flow of blissful living.

SEE YOU IN PARADISE!

"This was a wonderful all levels yoga retreat. There was a great balance of activity and rest allowing for you to take what you need. Yelapa creates the perfect setting for healing and even unexpected revelations! The overall healing from this retreat is invaluable but fortunately comes at a price point that is manageable for most westerners."

Amber
"Beautiful location, wonderful food- awesome yoga! Would do it again!"

Megan

"I went in not knowing what to expect and left feeling supported, strong, and with some new knowledge about myself. There were experiences I wouldn’t have had anywhere else that I really loved. I have new friendships, and was so glad to see that part of Mexico, it was delightful. I said many times that the thought and care that went into planning each day was truly exceptional"
