 Nature // Healing Practices // Life-Coaching // Adventure

Join Krystal and life-coach Tasneem for this very special offering in Yelapa Mexico, a beautiful and secluded village nestled between the lush mountains and the crystal-clear waters of the Pacific Ocean.

We will start each day with a morning meditation and yoga session, designed to ground you and prepare you for the day ahead, followed by a healthy and delicious breakfast. The afternoons will offer the opportunity for a group excursion, free time for reflection or body-treatments, and/or a special workshop lead by Tasneem Rahman, a certified transformational and grief coach.

Our workshops will focus on personal transformation and "lessons learned through loss." These workshops will offer a comprehensive approach that encompasses emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, recognizing that each person's healing process is unique. You will have the opportunity to explore your feelings through journaling, art, and movement, and to connect with others in a supportive and caring environment.

Our excursions allow you to explore the natural beauty of Yelapa, including hikes to nearby waterfalls and a boat excursion to explore nearby beaches. These activities will allow you to connect with nature and to find peace and solace in the natural world.

Our retreat is led by experienced facilitators who specialize in transformational life and grief coaching and who are committed to creating a safe and supportive space for healing. We believe that with the right guidance, information, and support, you can emerge from any number of life's challenges with a newfound sense of strength, resilience, and purpose.

Join us in Yelapa and embark on a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery.

The Vision

My vision is to provide an inspiring and beautiful environment for the nourishment of mind, body and soul. My team and I offer a sacred space in a breathtakingly beautiful environment for all who wish to experience the benefits of intentional wellness, new and fun experiences, and healthy community.

I Believe...

in the power of nourishing experiences, healthy relationships, and in the immersion of nature as a medicinal act. I believe that taking time to fill one's cup is an act of honoring one's whole Self and the world at large.  And that through these experiences we can make contact with our inner wisdom, which allows us to deal with life on life’s terms with an open heart and curious mind. Things begin to flow, we are able to let go of rigid structures and unwanted patterns and get into rhythm with the natural flow of blissful living.

SEE YOU IN PARADISE!

"This was a wonderful all levels yoga retreat. There was a great balance of activity and rest allowing for you to take what you need. Yelapa creates the perfect setting for healing and even unexpected revelations! The overall healing from this retreat is invaluable but fortunately comes at a price point that is manageable for most westerners."

Amber
"Beautiful location, wonderful food- awesome yoga! Would do it again!"

Megan

"I went in not knowing what to expect and left feeling supported, strong, and with some new knowledge about myself. There were experiences I wouldn’t have had anywhere else that I really loved. I have new friendships, and was so glad to see that part of Mexico, it was delightful. I said many times that the thought and care that went into planning each day was truly exceptional"
